He was predeceased by: the mother of his child Jessica Aldridge Harper; his brother Robert Daniel McCullen; and his grandparents, Leon Martin, Fred and Annie Belle Harper.
He is survived by: his daughter Lily Harper of Mount Olive; his mother Rita Hix McCullen; his stepfather Michael of Mount Olive; his father Owen Scott Harper of Mount Olive; his half-brother Dylan Harper of Mount Olive; his stepsiblings, Christopher McCullen of Roanoke Rapids and Maranda Gilliam of Roanoke Rapids; his grandmother Meta Martin of Goldsboro; his aunts and uncles, Susie Hix of Goldsboro, Delores Loftin (Joel) of Kinston, Charles Hix (Sandra) of Goldsboro, Walter Hix (Patricia) of Goldsboro and David Harper (Mary) of Goldsboro; and his cousins, Jason Loftin (Sasha), Eric Loftin, Jennifer Hix Smith (Ryan) and Brittany Toole (Daniel).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverside FWB Church (3045 Richardson Bridge Rd, Princeton, NC 27569).
