He is survived by: his parent Beatrice Kennedy Whaley; his wife Joyce Daughtry Whaley; his daughter Michelle Skozlas (Rich); his siblings, Roland Whaley (Deborah), Eldridge "Gene" Whaley and Juanita Faircloth; and his grandchildren, Olivia Skozlas and Declan Skozlas.
