He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward and Della Rhew. He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Peter Scrufari and Kim Head; his stepfather Tim Head; his brothers, Cody Scrufari (Tatum) and Collin Scrufari; his grandparents, Anthony and Elaine Scrufari; and his friend Buster.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given in Cameron's memory to the Anthem of Hope.
