Charles Franklin Utterback Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2019, at the age of 77, Charles Franklin Utterback (Goldsboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Thurston Utterback, Sr. and Margaret Biller Utterback; and his brother Howard Thurston Utterback, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Eunice S. Utterback; his daughter Brooke Baringer (Kirk) of Pikeville; his grandchildren, Kadance and Tinsley; and his sister Dorothy U. Garrett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
