He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Williams and Estelle Kornegay Williams; his son Chester C. Williams, Jr.; and his siblings, Alma Bradley, Malcolm, Earl, Harvey Kay, Milford and Faison Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Davis (Jesse) of Mount Olive, Vickie Pearce (Benny) of Wake Forest, Buster Williams (Janet) of Goldsboro, Douglas Williams (Terri) of Goldsboro, Mandy Bragg (Chris) of Goldsboro and Dale Williams of Goldsboro; and his brother Roland Williams (Jean) of Hubert. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
