Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Clara Lee Hines (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 88, on April 15, 2019. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edgar Lee and Pearl Worley Evans; her stepmother Mae Creech Evans; her husband Melvin Ray "Shag" Hines; her children, Kelvin R. Hines, Lugean Jones Hogan, Wren Rouse and Robin Ellis; and her sisters, Cedessel Glover, Kay Mitchell and Daphne Everett. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
Although flowers are welcome the family suggest memorial contributions be made to Rosewood First Baptist Church or Rosewood Elementary School.
