She is survived by : her children, Lefael, Shanita Townsend and Shamika Thompson; her siblings, Dr. Delano Parker (Christine), DarcyHelena Parker-Greene (Derwin), Melvina Parker-Macon (Herbert) and Dweller Parker Sr. (Doris); her uncles, Linwood Evines (Ester) and Rollie Evans; her siblings-in-law, Veda Faye Townsend, Leon Marshall Sr. and Cherry L Townsend; her nieces and nephews, Kim Marshall Johnson (James), Jessica Miranda (Will), Leonese Marshall-Cole (Kenneth), Bianca Townsend-Ford, Brandy Townsend, Leon Marshall Jr. (Angela), Dominick Parker (Shayla), Delronzo Macon, Dominique Townsend, Marquise, Dweller Jr. and Drake Parker; and her close friends, Pamela Cooper, Nellie Ingram, Cynthia Raiford and Barbara Walker. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
When the rest of the world got to sit down, Cynthia continued to work during the 2020 Pandemic.
