He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lewis and Hazel Sullivan Lewis; and his siblings, Harold Lewis (Buster) and Helene Salvato. He is survived by: his wife Marie W. Lewis; his son John S. Lewis (Sherry); his stepchildren, Keith Sullivan (Amanda) and Holly S. Martin (Jason); his grandchildren, Jerrica Lewis, Cheyanne Lewis, Tyler Corser, Schylar Lewis, Tristan Lewis, Gracie Sullivan, Blake Martin and Cody Martin; and his great grandchildren, Noah Bradley Hill and Ella Grace Corser.
Flowers are appreciated, but the family suggests memorials be given to Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 3859 U.S. Hwy. 70 West, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
