He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Stevens and Genie Stevens of Columbia, SC.; his wife Dana Stevens of Goldsboro, NC; his daughter Quinn Stevens of Goldsboro, NC; and his brother Michael Stevens (Alex) of Columbia, SC..
