He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Parnell and Mantha "Pat" Jones Parnell. He is survived by: his wife Kathryne Bradshaw Parnell; his children, Susan Harts (Derek) and Michael Parnell (Jenny); his grandchildren, Aaron Parnell, Lyndsey Parnell, Cassie Parnell, Kristen Parnell, Elizabeth Harts, Chloe Harts and Abraham Harts; his sisters, Becky Glover (David) and Renee Futrelle (George); and his aunt Maxine Parnell.
