He was predeceased by: his brother Erick Anton Wooten. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel B. Wooten and Luna Banks Wooten; his children, Derrick Anthony Wooten Jr. and Shilonnda Capri Wooten of Goldsboro; his siblings, Darin Bernard Wooten and Shatyra Cassandra Barnes of Wilson, NC; his nephew Zy'ques Ingram; his niece Kay; and his grandfather Kay Polk Wooten of Fremont, NC.. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and many friends.
