It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Jordan Smith (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Raymond Jordan and Nettie Pittman Jordan; her daughter Denise; her sisters, Ollie Kornegay and Shirley; her cousins, Kitty Newman, Carol Mitchell and Erlene Evans; and her brothers, Ben Jordan and Bobby Jordon.
She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Smith (Teresa) of Charlotte, Bryan Smith of Goldsboro and David Smith of Goldsboro; her son-in-law Todd Smith; her great grandchildren, Manuel and DeeDee; and her siblings, Barbara Jordan of Goldsboro and Ray Jordan of Albemarle. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
Flowers are welcome, though memorials may be given in her memory to Pine Forest United Methodist Church, 867 S NC Hwy 581, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
