She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mable Sauls Hart and Edgar Lee Hart; her husband Donnie Vaughan; her daughters, Kami Smith (Timmy) of Snow Hill and Kellie House (Josh) of Snow Hill; her sisters, Dorothy Sutton (Sam) of Snow Hill and Barbara Ham of Snow Hill; her sister-in-law Letha Vaughn; her grandchildren, Aiden House and Addison Smith; and her brothers-in-law, James Ham and Ronnie Vaughn. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
