She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Carson Wellington; her parents, Marshall William Lee and Beulah Hall Lee Jones; and her sisters, Evelyn Cox and Betty Ruth Spears.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Walter "Doug" Wellington (Patsy) of Dudley and Ginger W. Williams (Victor) of Goldsboro; her sister Thelma L. Davis of Mount Olive; her grandsons, Travis Wellington (Catherine) and Eric Williams; and her great grandchildren, Travis Wellington, Jr., Carson Wellington and Elizabeth Wellington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
