Edward Davis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020, at the age of 85, Edward Davis of Goldsboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Davis and Nettie Pearsall Davis; and his significant other Yonnie V. Davis. He is survived by: his children, Ada Saunders-Cooper (Marshall) of Goldsboro, Edward Dwight Davis of Raleigh, Evelyn Deloris Davis of Raleigh and Minister Kiesha L. Cousar (Gemelle) of Raleigh; his brothers, Donald Davis (Christine) of Seven Springs, Earl Davis (Bernetta) of Goldsboro and Charles Davis (Ezzie) of Goldsboro; and his siblings-in-law, Remus Stanley (Mary) of Kinston and Ava Smith (Harvey) of Seven Springs. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews and close family and friends.
