He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Mack Weaver. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Rose Weaver of Goldsboro; his daughters, Eliza Weaver Gingras (Brian) of Bluffton, SC and Leah Weaver of Wilmington; the mother of his children Stannette Weaver; his granddaughter Ava Hannelore Gingras; his siblings, Lori Ellen Weaver and Vincent Jerry Weaver; his niece Veda Ellen Craig; his nephews, Dustin Shane Weaver, Travis Reed Weaver and Zachary Ryan Weaver; and his close friend Pablo Salazar. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given in his memory to Falling Creek Baptist Church, 498 Falling Creek Church Road, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
