Erma Highsmith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erma Highsmith (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away on March 11, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse William Sherrod Highsmith; and her siblings, Frances R. Elkins, Nell R. Elkins, Corda Mae Maney, Walter Roberts, Essie Lee Triplett, Robert Roberts and Eugene Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Turcotte (Ken), Nancy D'Eufemia (Joe), Sherry Highsmith (Vince Bletch) and Margaret Highsmith (Jerry Snyder); and her sister Lillian R. Stewart. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Odd Fellows Scholarship Fund, c/o Buck Abrams, 158 Quail Dr., Dudley NC 28333 or to Carolina Bible Camp, 1988 Jericho Church Rd., Mocksville NC 27028.
