He is survived by: his children, Brian Hitch of Goldsboro, Todd Hitch of Wisconsin and Lisa Poandl (Jim) of Goldsboro; his grandchildren, James Poandl (Amber), Robert Poandl, Christopher Hitch and Brianna Hitch; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Ayden and Madyson Poandl.
The family has requested that masks be worn, and that social distancing be followed.
