She was predeceased by: her father Robert Bethel; her husband Richard Forshey; her brothers, Tim, Jim and John Bethel; her son Franklin Forshey; and her stepfather Bill Rowe.
She is survived by: her mother Peggy Bethel; her daughter Stephanie Forshey (Todd); her granddaughters, Rebecca Bourne (Spencer), Andrea Arbaugh (Mike) and Hanna Forshey; and her siblings, Carla Bethel, Jeannie Marshall and Micheal Bethel. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
