He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Douglas Peacock Sr. and Alice Ashford Peacock; and his son Anthony "Tony" Best. He is survived by: his wife Betty W. Peacock; his daughters, Kacia Peacock Artis (Karlus) of Rocky Mount, Dawne Peacock of Goldsboro and Joi Peacock of Goldsboro; his sisters, Helen Adams of Greensboro and Pauline White of Goldsboro; and his grandchildren, Amir Peacock, Derion Peacock and Chanel Croskey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
