He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cooper of Washington and Emma Celeste Austin Cooper; and his sister Joyce Farfour. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Wiggins Cooper; his children, Ada Dawn Cooper and George Ashley Cooper; and his sisters, Colleen Gray and Bessie McKoy. He is also survived by one granddaughter and two grandsons.
