He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Pike, Sr. and Ellmae Pelt Pike; his daughter Priscilla Ann Godwin; his siblings, Olan Pike and Patricia; and his brother-in-law Mack King.

He is survived by: his wife Polly Ann Pike; his daughters, Tammy Pipkin Garmane (Kenny) of Dudley, Libby Pipkin Harrison (Ray) of Princeton and Rachel Pipkin Ginn (Ronnie) of LaGrange; and his sisters, Martha Bryant (Charles) of Wilmington and Janet Pike (Mike) of Grantham. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
