He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Leeper; and his children, Douglas Leeper, Glenn Richard "Ricky" Leeper Jr. and Carla Dee Leeper. He is survived by: his sons, Pete Leeper of Goldsboro and Rob Leeper of Yorktown, Virginia; his daughter-in-law Sherry Leeper Bartlett of Goldsboro; and his sisters, Mary Walker (Richard) of Iowa and Virginia Hindsley of Iowa. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
