He was predeceased by: his wife Robena Blackmon Justice; and his brothers, Graham Ray Justice, Robert Justice and Billy G. Justice. He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Sager of Pikeville, Vickie Jones (Ken) of Pikeville and Rhonda Pate of Pikeville. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
