He is survived by: his wife Wanda Person Westbrook; his children, James Edward "Jay" Westbrook, III (Helen) of Newport, Suzanne Jones (Ray Watkins) of Pikeville and Jeremy Westbrook (Leigh) of Summerfield; his stepdaughters, Ginny Raper (David) and Dani Jo Bryant (Wayne); his grandchildren, Addison, Holly, Dillon, Austin, Braxton, Reed, Davis, Melaina, Haylah, Rocco, Sadie and Sully; his brother Donald Ray Westbrook (Wanda); and his pet Sammy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
