He was predeceased by: his parents, Offie Collin Edwards and Calina Core Edwards; his siblings, Jasper Edwards and Mary Odessa Williams; his niece Dorothy Sims; and his nephew Eugene Edwards.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Edwards Walker of Goldsboro, NC, Lewis Edwards (Della) of Dudley, Sherman Edwards (Carolyn) of Lagrange, NC and Dr. Mathew Edwards (Glenda) of New Market, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
