It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Hollowell Whitfield (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Hollowell and Thomas David Hollowell. She is survived by: her husband Rex Whitfield; and her son Thomas Hollowell Hooks.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
