It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Ames (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away on February 18, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ivan Gerald Ames; and her son Jay Scott Carter. She is survived by: her children, John Carter (Carrie) of Peck, KS, Judy Wohler of Haysville, KS, Scott Ames (Sandy) of Seminole, AL, Bryan Ames (Cecile) of St. Louis, MO and Anita Robarge of Omaha, NE; and her sisters, Shirley Mooring of Pikeville, Peggy Holland (Jim) of White Oak, PA, Patricia Matthews (Tony) of Fremont and Ruth Caruthers of Pikeville. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
