He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sullivan; his children, Lenora Sullivan of Rosewood, Lavan Sullivan, Nancy Sullivan of Bunn, Tammie Fail, Trent Norris of Rosewood, Loretta Colie (Richard Nash) of Goldsboro, Frank Cowan, Judy Cowan, Ellen Handy, Mark Handy of Elon, Marie McMullen and Don McMullen of Goldsboro; his sister Elsie Sellers of Smithfield; and his brother-in-law Noah Blackman. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
