He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Bell Frederick and John Mack Frederick; his wife Joyce Jones Frederick; and his brothers, Arthur Carlton Frederick (Jo) and Larry Gene Frederick (Ann).
He is survived by: his son Gary Frederick (DeAnna Burns); his sister-in-law Della Frederick; his brothers, Don and Quartet; his sons, John (Cookie) and Ron (Prudy); his grandchildren, Betsy Dmochowski (Jake), Emmy Frederick, Audrianna Frederick, John Mark Frederick, Cara Bloomberg (Chris) and Luke Frederick (Ariel Strickland); his great grandchildren, Caroline, Madison Dmochowski and Waylon Bloomberg; and his siblings, Donnie Frederick (Della) and Linda Robinson (Joe).
