He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Wholesale and John Phillip Wade (Sandra) of Goldsboro; his brother Keith Wade (Arlene) of Goldsboro; his granddaughters, Christy Wade and Brandie Wade; his great grandchildren, Clay Martin, Cody Martin, Cole Martin and Madison Worley; and his great great grandchild Wade Martin.
