He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Brian and Sally Taylor Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Dean Turner Strickland; and his stepchildren, Larry C. Grady of Seven Springs, Alex G. Grady of Dudley and Jean S. Willoughby (Jimmy) of Rosewood.
