He is survived by: his children, Anthony Carter and Chelsea Carter; his siblings, Jimmy Carter and Cindy Tripplet; and his grandchildren, Jayden Carter, Phillip Lynch, Wyatt Carter, Camden Carter and Anthony "A. J.".
