Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Powell, Sr. and Madge Sutton Powell; and his wife Margie Rose Powell. He is survived by: his children, Jody Powell, Ashley Powell and Dean Powell; his brother Willie Powell; and his caregiver Shannon Arnette.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wayne Memorial Park.
