It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Borkowski (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away on October 13, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex McFatter and Pearl Toler McFatter; her husband Robert Borkowski; her brother J. C. McFatter; and her son-in-law Kevin Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Jody B. Carter (Allen Tedder) of Pikeville, Stephanie B. Thomas (William Thomas II) of Goldsboro and Steven Borkowski (Caitlin Munro) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Madeline Thomas (Ray Brosseau) and Tucker Tedder; and her great grandchildren, Gabrielle Brosseau and Alexander Brosseau. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
