It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Parker Cote (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away on March 12, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Miranda Ellis. She is survived by: her husband Robert Cote; her son Tim Blakely (Amanda) of Clayton; and her grandchildren, Marissa Stone, Jared Ellis, Bethany Singleton, Kamryn Blakely, Robert Blakely and Weston Blakely. She is also survived by 7 siblings.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in her memory to the charity of one's choice.
