She was predeceased by: her sisters, Irene Wasson, Louise Mitchell and Maxine Booker. She is survived by: her spouse Robert; her children, Sharon D. Massey (James) of Princeton, Duane K. Decker (Deborah) of Ellsworth, Jeanette D. Ludwig (Eric) of Goldsboro, Rhonda D. Wooten of Goldsboro and Melody D. Parrish (Kevin) of Goldsboro; and her sister Joan Malmstrom of Visalia, CA.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Faith Free Will Baptist Church, 1200 W. Grantham Street, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
