It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Starling (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away on January 16, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce Starling to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Cooke and Lou Wilda Cooke; and her siblings, Auburn Cooke and Carolyn Peacock. She is survived by: her husband O. L. Starling; her daughters, Wanda Starling of Goldsboro, Phyllis Starling Patterson (Gary) of Goldsboro, Vanessa Starling of Pompano Beach and Tammy Starling Wingate (Allen) of Atlanta, Georgia; and her siblings, James Cooke of Goldsboro and Brenda Johnstone (Donald) of Goldsboro. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
