She is survived by: her children, Deborah Phillips Coates (Everett) and Michael Phillips (Blanche); her grandchildren, Heather Barfield (Allen), Emily Geiger (David), Justin Phillips (Meghan) and Alyssa Jones (Will); her great grandchildren, Selah Geiger, Simeon Geiger, Greyson Phillips, Samuel Phillips, Shepherd Phillips and Parker Jones; and her siblings, Paula Blalock, Herbia Thompson (Emerson) and Buzzy Zittrouer (Sue).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
