He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Phillips Worrell; and his son Robin Dale Worrell. He is survived by: his children, Anita Lamberth and Chris Worrell; his grandchildren, Scott, Christina, Ross and Jesse; and his sisters, Pearl and Elizabeth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given in his memory to the charity of one's choice.
