She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas McCoy and Annie M. McNeil; her children, Clarence Monroe Jr. and Brenda Raynor; and her sisters, Dorothy Turner, Margaret McCrae and Christine McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Simmons (Ronald) of Maryland, Vivian Sadler (Paul) of Goldsboro, Mary Darden, Rosa Crider, Yvonne Jones of Maryland, Nancy Fennel, Pauline Rawlings, Alice Hill, Shirley Greene of North Carolina, Annie Dean Thompson of Virginia, Daniel Rawlings, Arthur Rawlings of North Carolina and James Rawlings; and her brother Thomas McCoy Jr. of Maryland. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Due to governmental restrictions in reference to COVID-19, a private visitation and graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2020 for family and close friends.
