He was predeceased by : his parents, Milas D. Kelly Sr. and Gloria Jeanette Blackmore Kelly. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia K. Kelly; and his daughters, Joy and Noelle. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, Inc. (1701 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the J. B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations (1701 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church Viewing Begins (211 W Hooks River Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27530).
