He is survived by: his wife Wanda Davis Smith; his children, Shane Smith (Kacy), Patrick Eugene Smith and Leeann Sager Myers (Joshua); his grandchildren, Taylor Smith and Jaxon Myers; his sister Nancy Adams; and his cousin Gordon Harrell. He is also survived by cousins and nephews.
