She is survived by: her husband Eddie Sauls; her siblings, Elizabeth Reid of Largo, MD, Dorothy Kenner (Oliver) of Glenarden, MD, Earl Middleton (Leslie) of Chicago, IL, Genell Corbett of Burlington, NC, Wayne Middleton (Vera) of Fremont, NC, Connie Middleton of Garner, NC, Bobby Middleton (Shirley) of Goldsboro, NC, Clifton Middleton of Goldsboro, NC, Jerry Middleton (Eva) of Goldsboro, NC and Grace Jacobs (Richard) of Goldsboro, NC; her stepchildren, Nicole Shields of Goldsboro, NC, Eddie Sauls (Sherrie) of Des Moines, IA and Darlene McIntyre (Mike) of Philadelphia, PA; her close friends, Deborah Hutchins and Faye Langston; and her niece Antoinette Williams Bass. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
