She was predeceased by: her brother Donald Loyd Breeden. She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ron" Cunningham; her children, Sandra Dee Chiavetta (Robert), Joe Michael Salazar (Tammy Fulford), Shanna Rae Denton and Troy David Cunningham; her brother Beverley W. "Boots" Breeden (Judy); her great grandchildren, Kristen Wallace, Chezney Peterson and Cheyenne Denton; Jaden, Emerie, Shelby, Caine, AnaGray and Kinlee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the House of Fordham, 412 N William St, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
