She was predeceased by: her parents, Linua Barnhill and Viola Bass Barnhill; her husband Louis E. Marriner Jr.; and her brother Bob Barnhill. She is survived by: her children, Greg K. Horne (Sherry) of Goldsboro and Sharon Klonoski (Michael) of Currie, NC; her sister-in-law Edith Barnhill of Maryland; her grandchildren, Brooks Horne (Ashley), Eddie Horne (Jessica) and Wyatt Horne; her great grandchildren, Kaydence Horne and Savannah Horne; and her close friend Faye Tewes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
