We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2020, at the age of 90, Penelope Brown Geist (Goldsboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Franklin Brown and Emma Cannon Brown; and her siblings, Frank Brown, Selby Brown, Eugene Brown, Geraldine Shelton and Dorothy Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Eberst of Goldsboro, Deborah Shingleton of Goldsboro, Marvin Fields, Jr. of Goldsboro and Charles Fields of Goldsboro; and her sisters, Ann Rhodes of Goldsboro and Christine Stone of Goldsboro. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
