He is survived by: his wife Isabel B. LeRoy; his children, Carina Elizabeth LeRoy and James Philip LeRoy; and his siblings, Patrick Shannon LeRoy of Seven Springs, Lucinda LeRoy Glaug of Goldsboro and Doricia LeRoy Benton of Pikeville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
