It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Dave Wiltshire of Goldsboro, North Carolina, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Valarie Roach; his stepfather Earl Autry; and his sisters, Elaine Roach and Jean Jackson. He is survived by: his parent Freddie Wiltshire; his sons, Phillip D Wiltshire II of Willard, NC, Deondre J Wiltshire of Irving, TX, Tyrell A Wiltshire of Arlington, TX and Leslie Carroll Wiltshire of Dallas, TX; and his siblings, Delroy, Carol Wiltshire of Queens, NY and Joy Wiltshire of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
