We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2019, at the age of 67, Ralph Blackburn (Goldsboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Blackburn and Doris Wood Blackburn; and his brothers-in-law, Don Tatum and Henry "Knocker" Moore. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Shaffer Blackburn; his children, Kristy Blackburn and Scott Blackburn of Goldsboro; and his sisters, Betty B. Moore of Comfort and Wanda B. Tatum of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
